Yeah, I was going to suggest the same thing.
Also - probably no need to replace the coils unless they’re cooked (do the sleeves slide in and out cleanly?)
Do all the EOS and flipper switches first - clean and adjust them - adjust the EOS so it opens/closes (depending on the pin) right at the end of the power stroke. Remember the flipper switches and EOS carry the power that goes to the flippers so you want everything in the chain to be sweet.
Also - rebuild *all* the other mechs as well. Slings, pops … they all help create “more action” on the playfield. New coil sleeves, free up the old mechs, clean off gunked up old grease, clean and adjust the switches - it all makes a huge difference to an old game.
