Here's a list of things I'd like to see in modern pins:

    1. more creative rules - My favorite thing about TSPP is the amount of creativity in the rule-set. Having to lock balls in stages for Alien Invasion, reversed flippers in Springfield mystery spot, Super Jackpots that are difficult to hit, and modes where you have to complete long sequences of shots to complete. I think WOZ will likely fulfill this wish, but it would be nice if some of the other newer games had more complex rules besides just hitting X shot so many times and having nearly everything lit for jackpot.

    2. more creativity in the playfield design and some retro features added - I would love to see a return of some of the inlane/outlane setups of past games like Fathom, Paragon or Centaur where you can nudge your ball back into play. It would also be cool to see pop bumpers on the bottom half of the playfield, zipper flippers, and maybe even a gobble hole to punish you for a bad shot.

    3. inline drops and drops that reward you for knocking them down in order. I think my dream pin would be a pin like Centaur modernized with ramps and a modern rule-set/dmd that combines some of the old rules with the new.
