I agree that it really looks like a Hardtop on there. Which means that it is not one of Kruzman's. He only does his spray on clearcoat, no Hardtop work. He has mentioned on here that he has no experience working with or playing on Hardtops.
There would be no reason that I know of to put a Hardtop over a Kruzman clearcoat surface. In fact, I hope no one would. I have several Hardtopped games, and I like them, but Ron's clear is something special.
