Insurance would also go down if companies cared about delivering the item intact. I think this goes in align with what UCallEyeHaul is stating about getting good people. You see delivery drivers/helpers just tossing stuff around with little to no care. Would love to see freight companies post the percentage of damage claims over the past decade. It has to be dramatically up.
