    Quoted from HandsOfStone:

I traded for a Comet about a year ago. It has a hardtop installed. Unfortunately, it is coming loose in spots all over the playfield.
I contacted Outside Edge, and they told me it was a problem with the adhesive they had early on.
They sent me a new hardtop, no questions asked. My big problem is getting the old one off now without making a huge mess.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hope this doesn't come of negatively but did you as Outside Edge as to what would be the best way to get it off? I would think they have done it in the past or at least would know best way to remove it since they know exactly the type of adhesive that was used.
