I'd love a general mixed tape style punk machine, but the licensing issues would likely be insurmountable. Minor Threat, Husker Du, Agent Orange, MDC...
Oingo Boingo? I think it'd be at least as viable as the Devo suggestion.
Maybe a pin that starts off playing Creed or Nickelback or something of that ilk and you have to score well to switch it over to a desirable band's music. You pay a price for bad play. 
Good way to motivate people to improve their skills.

I agree, but OP's thread and OP's definition so I just roll with it. All good in the musical hood (that's a Dad thing for me to say, right?).
