I would throw a new power supply in it, dial in the 5v and make sure the board really is dead before sending it out for repair. You want 5.0v or maybe a smidge higher on the chips on the board

If you've put a new power supply in you shouldn't damage any other JAMMA board you put in there. Get a cheap 60-in-1 for testing if you want to make 100% sure, so if it blows you're only out $35 or so.
