Game worked per the game rules until it didn’t.

In the game once you hit the scoop enough times you start a Mission and get a chance at an Extra Ball, without a software upgrade or game change the rules have changed. It's like the software logic changed. I hear it could be a switch, but the ball ejects, and missions start. Does software in Stern machines get corrupt?

The game is running the latest 1.30 code (and has been for a while), in the service menu the Feature Adjustment #28 "Missions Extra ball" is set to "Auto" (the default and not changed). The ball still ejects correctly and starts the missions, just does not give the extra ball option or the game dialog for it. I also tried not fast booting and got the same issue. If I force it two "2" it works but don’t know what this is doing to the game.

Thanks guys for your responses. After talking to Stern today and doing a full software reinstall and verify the game works as designed. They had no idea why things would have changed but noted it was not working as designed.

Crazy, never have I had a recent pin do this.

If you call Stern Tech Support at 1-800-542-8377 they are really good at figuring out issues and helping. I turned to fellow pin heads on here first then called them.

This was with my Premium and I only have 1.30 download and wish I had the old versions for you.

All games were update today with new code and the issue with Mando is FIXED!
