    Exactly and always pay with your credit card, I had an issue once and paypal and the seller dicked around long enough that they felt it was past the required days. Called my credit card company, they disputed the charge for me and I got every penny back. The only negitive was Paypal closed my account. ( had another the next day )

    I really dont see how anyone could have an issue with a purchase if you use Paypal, Ive made 5000+ buys in the last 13 years and ALWAYS got my money back if I didnt get my purchase.
