Is there any other place in your basement you could move things around and put the pins there? When I first started I had a space in my basement that had room for 3 pins, 4 if I squeezed them in real tight. I designed the room around the pins being there but eventually wanted more. 4.5 years later and I have 6 and a 7th one on the way soon. I completely rearranged the basement and put pins on a wall that I had never considered putting them on. I’m working with only 400 square feet and have 7 pins, skee ball, arcade machine, cocktail table, 5 stools, compact sectional, TV, mini fridge, darts, air hockey, pop a shot basketball and a small kids diner play area.
Just trying to illustrate that sometimes where you start off putting them might not always be the best.
