I've had this happen to me, but I think it might have less to do with your friend being a creeper and more to do with how terrible Facebook's algorithm has gotten at showing you stuff you might actually want to see. Your friend is scrolling through an endless list of "suggested posts" about celebrities and toothbrushes and toner cartridges, when all of a sudden Facebook decides to show them something you posted. Then they're like, "This post has just reminded me that Mr68 exists. I wonder what he's been up to?" And they click on your profile.
That, or they want to lock you in their basement.
