Quoted from MT45:) it's not the display (Roller Games display showed exact same garbage)
It's a CPU problem in the Jokers.

It's a CPU problem in the Jokers.
Quoted from MT45:Do you have suggestions on specific chips?
Maybe u-41 or SRC 2. Since it's the G segment and the Comma and they both go thru SCR 2 pins 8 and 9. The SCR maybe cracked after pin 7. You can check the resistance of the SCR. You check from pin 1 to pin 2, pin 1 to pin 3 and so on. All should be 4.7k ohms. Pin 1 is marked with a white dot on the board.
Quoted from MT45:Is this the correct part at GPE?
You can use this part, but you need to cut off pin 10 and make sure it doesn't touch the board when installed.
Quoted from MT45:It's a mess of corrosion
I think I would pull all of the resistor packs and clean up the board then install 5 new packs.
I would also replace C-30.
Quoted from MT45:Would this one be the direct replacement for SRC2?
Yes this works fine too, fill pin 10 hole on the board with solder. Line up black dot on the part with the white dot on the board.
