Hi guys, need some help, I have no idea why my brand new game is doing this. I seem to have no power on the playfield, and I get this message whenever the machine boots up.

Is there anything I can try before calling Stern tomorrow?

Never mind, i powered the game up with the coin door open... I guess I’ve been around too many Bally Williams machines LOL

I guess this will help any one out there that does this and wigs out
