    Quoted from swiggins:

    Hello everyone!
I am planning a trip to Chicago and am looking to tour some pinball factories if possible.
I saw online that Stern used to do factory tours but upon further research found that they no longer offer them (if this is incorrect, please let me know!).
Does anyone know of any other tours that exist in the Chicago area?
Alternatively does anyone know of any other manufacturers that offer views into their production process in other ways?
    Thank you!

From what I've read online, the trick is to meet George Gomez in the parking lot right before he's going home and then he'll be like "You love pinball?! Let's do a tour real quick!"

I'm not joking either... Although it's perhaps a bit too much of a hit-n-miss approach. There may be more formal tours available but you should probably give the Stern or JJP offices a call.
