Looking to sell my $0.05 candy machine from the 50s. It was redone at some point and looks really nice for its age.

I really don’t know how to price this as there is a nice but non-working one on eBay for $6500 obo. I don’t believe this to worth anywhere near that, but feel free to make an offer and we can go from there!

I’m looking for a cash sale only. No trades and no shipping.

Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if you have any interest or questions!

    Thank you!

    Quoted from ultimategameroom:

I’ve collected antique gum-ball and vending machines for almost 30 years. That seems like a very fair asking price. It looks like it received a quality restoration. Pinside might not be the best place to sell it. Are there any local antique stores near you?
Make sure to put a few candy bars in it. That will make it look much more appealing. This type of machine has cross appeal. Home Theater owners might be just as or more interested as a pinball /gameroom collector.

Thanks for the advice! I might take it to an antique shop then. Or maybe I’ll put it in my basement with my theater. That’s actually a great idea!

    Quoted from Tortelvis:

Keep the machine. Sell the clock.

Haha, I wish. My grandma gave me the clock and asks about it sometimes. If she comes over I have to set the correct time and all that since I never set it normally.
