Steel Tiger Pinball does not accept all returns once installed and reserve the right to deny refund based on the product purchased and its condition.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Exceptions include faulty products)
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Refund Policy can be influenced depending on who installed the product on the machine (Professional Install or DIY)
- Damaged or incorrect goods are eligible
- Electronic Parts, Including ROMS are not eligible for refunds or exchange
