Hello these are plain generic magnets laser cut to the size and shape of Stern hinges.
Why would you want these?
* if your an artist (or know one) and want to add your own art work to a hinge
or
* if you have a hinge sticker that you want to put on smoothly and non-permanently. (the stern hinges are textured so putting a sticker on might show texture) and wouldn't it be nice to be able to take your hinges off or put them back on if you wanted

In my case I had a beautiful Jurassic Park Hinge Sticker that I wanted to apply smooth and non-permanently. So I used my existing template that I use for my own professionally produced hinge art and just laser cut it on large format magnets.

Why are they so expensive? because large format magnets rolls are expensive. If anyone knows a cheap source for magnets rolls please let me know.
