This is a very cool hand made F-86 Sabre Jet mod for Stern Godzilla pinball

It is a store bought pre-painted F-86 scale model plane that I assembled.(These are NOT 3D printed, not that there's anything at all wrong with 3D printed parts of course!)
I also include a wire form bracket that i custom designed and create that holds the plane on the right wireform right over the flipper lane and provides clearance for the ball to go through. The Wireform has brackets to fix in place using 1 small zip tie. The right return is the only place that I think the plane will fit well on the wireform.

By default the plane does not include the wing fuel tanks, however if you choose the "with fuel tank" variation. I will gladly superglue on the wing fuel tanks for you.
There is no extra cost for the wing fuel tanks.

I can also provide a "pole" like mount that screws into a screw, for example if you want to put the plane over the right back side for example near the "circle" wireform. I would have to make and test this first but I"m sure it would work fine.

Note: I realize the plane has USAF markings rather than Japanese. At some point I may design stickers that you can place over that will cover up the USAF marking and replace with Japanese markings but at this point I"m only thinking about it as I don't really have a problem with the USAF markings as I think the jet looks amazing as is and really adds some nice
pop to an already beautiful playfield.

20230424 - I have added a weathered chrome option. This is a slightly different model that has been spray painted multiple coats of shiny chrome. It is made to look like the F-86 you often see in pictures and in the movies. Because this type of coating is so shiny and impossible to maintain pristine I've added imperfections to the process to make it look randomly "Weathered" as if it was actually flown and not just sitting in a hanger pristine. Due to this reason each model will be slightly different. These also come with Japanese logos and number. Note the actual placement of the logos and numbers will be different than the picture as the picture is of my model which was also my beta and I"m ok with the incorrect placement ;)

Note the weathered chrome option is a bit more expensive than the regular model as it's kind of a pain to build and paint and apply the decals and it takes me significantly longer. I only have 3 besides my own, and unless there end up being a huge demand for I probably won't get more of these.
