If you are going to renew one, we suggest you restore all of your score reels on the machine to have them match nicely. The number font may slightly differ from the original number font used by Gottlieb. These come in 2 strips per score reel decal (see photos). No need to disassemble your score reels to apply them! Easy!

Written Instructions:
These decals can be applied without disassembling the score reel. With the machine off, simply push in the solenoid plunger to simulate a turn on the reel. It should click and turn the reel to expose the needed numbers.

1. Before applying, make sure to clean and dry the score reels.
2. With clean, dry hands, remove a small section of the decal backing to help line up the first number with the reel.
3. Ensure the first number (typically starting with “0”) is directly on top of the reel number.
4. Lay the decal down on the rest of the reel to ensure it will line up well, then remove the rest of the decal backing.
Be Careful! Lifting the decal off after applying it, could damage the printed numbers on the decal. We’ve provided extra decals for free in case this happens.
5. Repeat for the other sections of the score reel.
Tip: Cut the excess decal in a way that will place the decal’s end directly between two numbers on the reel. This will hide the “seam.”
