Item description
There are plain old original stock coin reject buttons ... then there are aftermarket coin reject buttons with flat 2-D patterns ... now Rocket City Pinball is taking it to the next dimension with 3-D Coin Reject Buttons!
For Rush, these 3D printed buttons feature representations of various Rush albums, colored to match the album artwork.
Signals: a fire hydrant on a green ('grass') background. (Thanks to angrysquirrel / Mike Smith for the great model!)
Hold Your Fire: red spheres (in deep sparkle red) on a red background.
Presto: a rabbit in a hat, on a white/clear background to keep with the monochromatic album art.
Counterparts: an antique brass bolt & nut on a blue background for Presto, or a bolt/nut for Counterparts.
These are shown in the main photo in their "album color" configurations, but the base can be changed to any translucent color you want (red, orange, tangerine, yellow, green, blue, purple, white/clear. For custom non-album colors, purple is recommended for Pro & Premium, or tangerine for LE).
The button and accents are printed together with a mid-print filament change, so they are permanently fused together. (For Presto the rabbit is printed separately and inserted into the hat.)
Prices in this listing are for SINGLE buttons, to allow buyers to mix & match albums.
Installation is easy -- remove the e-clip to release the button then simply install the new one; don't forget the spring! See video:
Note: Stern has recently changed to shallower/tighter E-clips, so if you have difficulty removing the clips in place, you may need to remove the bezel and assembly. These are held on by only a few screws, so it's still very easy!
**Buyer is responsible to confirm their coin door uses this Suzo-Happ button type (replacement for button only in 42-0517 assembly, no housing included), as some export/reimport games may have had coin doors changed/modified.** Any returns due to incorrect button styles will be at the buyer's expense (i.e., shipping and any non-reversible fees will not be refunded).
Parts are custom printed per order; please allow time for processing.
My daughter came up with the 3D coin button idea -- so she gets a small commission on every sale!
