CobraPin works well with WS2812 or SK6812 serial LEDs, so here are some LED boards to illuminate your Star Posts with full color.

These come in a panel of boards that you break apart as you need them. Each board has 8x WS2812 RGB LED, input and output connection points for soldered wires, and a hole to mount it under the Star Post. It will raise your post up by a minimal 1mm. The ring arrangement of LEDs lends itself well to spinning or flashing light shows.
