The Hobbit is one of our favourite machines. The art package is top notch with wonderfully detailed models and off-the-charts lighting.

The only thing we think that is missing is a bit of the lighter side of the Hobbit story; here is our model for the Bag End shot. With a dedicated shot on the table, we thought a dedicated model was certainly in order

Our mission was to create a mod that was worthy of the rich artwork and models designed at the factory..

Our mod includes:

Meticulously hand-painted diorama using over 12 colors of paint and four layers of clearcoat

Three internal 12v LEDs that change intensity with the general illumination spotlights

36" wiring harness that cleanly taps the mod into power below the playfield

Matrix style connectors compatible with all manner of additional power mods available at cometpinball.com

Our mod also reduces opto switch #32 errors by casting a shadow over the opto pathway (at least we think, the jury is still out :).

NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED A POWER SPLITTER FOR THIS MOD. It is included in the package!
