Products & Shipping Times:

Each item is custom made after an order is received, and due to demand, typically two+ weeks for receipt. At this time, orders are generally only being shipped to the USA, but message directly if you would like an item and a shipping quote could be determined as some orders have been going out internationally. 

Returns or Refunds:

As each item is made custom at the time of order, refunds will only be granted in the event of a product defect upon receipt. To make a claim, please send an email per the Contact page. You will then be asked to return the product(s). To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be received in new and otherwise unused condition.

Payments Accepted:

At this time, payment is accepted via PayPal processing, or through Pinside via the Stripe payment system.
