This is the least expensive way to get a pinduino -- build it yourself. Kit comes with Pinduino board, components, arduino nano, plugs for power and LEDs, 6' of wire, and heat shrink tubing. There are two version of the board, regular and extended. Regular plugs into J126 to sense flashers, motors, etc. Extended has an extra 4-pin plug to let you tap into an additional source on the power driver board driving additional flashers. (Theatre of Magic uses the Extended board.)
