For sale: Jacks Open

Have a cosmetically decent jacks open. Let’s start with the good:

Playfield is in nice shape with minimal wear. The pop bumper areas are good too with just the skirts being dirty.

Backglass is in very good shape. Just a couple minor small areas.

Game is pretty clean and was in prior owners home for 25 years.

Score reels, credit reel, chimes and relays all work.

Now the not so good:

The game will play when it’s coined up. It’s finicky though so it will need a good cleaning.

The prior owner uses carriage bolts on the legs. This caused two problem - 1 he has to cut a while in the bottom of the cabinet (the thin bottom board) in the 4 corners to unbolt the legs. The bottom board is shot and needs to be replaced. If I had time, I’d get a piece of 1/4 ply and cut to fit. The relays and transfomwrs sit above this so they are fine. Further the left front cabinet is starting to separate at the corner. A new corner bracket would fix this.

Again, I don’t think the cabinet fix is terrible. I just don’t have time. I have priced accordingly.

There may be a broken drop target but otherwise, it’s a game that can easily be restored.

Game is in my garage and easy to throw in your car. In light of covid, anyone can pick up but you are responsibly for loading yourself with your own tools. I will be 20 feet away. Please don’t take offense.
