I'm the 2nd owner. My cousin was 1st owner. He was an avid collector. He got sick in 2005 and I helped him with various resources/needs. He is now in nursing home.
He wanted to thank me and gave me my pick of machines. I JUST love Elvira..So logical pick :)
The machine has been in my game room ( air conditioned) since 2006. Its in really good shape. I have lots of parts and information. Again cousin was a collector and he was meticulous in maintaining his machines.
I'm moving in about 3+ months and regrettably don't have room for it anymore.
My Use - limited....mainly Thanksgiving holiday.
I'm not an expert but the machine looks great.
Not sure what Fully Shopped/refurbished means...but seemed correct.
