Selling my really nice Hobbit loaded with mods. Trade only. Not interested in just cash at this time (unless another game pops up that just wants cash).
Collector quality, everything works well, no issues, super clean, looks NIB including the cabinet.
Black Arrow edition which of the non standard editions is the most rare of them all.
Most importantly, it has all of the latest fixes that JJP has released and they are important considering it's a pain to fix on the older editions (like Smaug, etc)
