The overlay is new, the playfield is used.
Bought this for a machine that I wound up selling. It's a new Bally Playboy playfield overlay, and it comes with a spare Playboy playfield (condition unknown but presumed to be bad--I never unwrapped it to inspect). Ideal if you have a machine you want to put an overlay on because you won't need to risk your original playfield or even strip it down until you know if you have the skills to successfully apply & protect an overlay.
