This is a used traffic signal housing for high-speed. Not in the greatest condition as the plastic is warped and the clips are broken. It also has some tape residue on it. Again, not the greatest looking one but if yours is missing and you can’t find a replacement maybe this will help. I have had success in the past with straightening these out with a heat gun and some small clamps.
