Here are four Bally 6-digit display PCBs.
These came from a lot of displays that mostly tested good (most problems were just bad segment transistors), so I would anticipate that these PCBs have a good chance of working for the most part. However, since the glass on these displays was broken, I had no way to test them.
These would be perfect to use with the LED display retrofit kits:
