I've never set it up. It appears to be complete and is in good overall condition. Figure you'll need to do the standard EM stuff to it. Parts are mostly compatible with Williams EM.
Backglass looks great, no fades or chipping in the reds like most glasses. Playfield of course looks good as all Sonics do.
I'll include the manual (ordered from Marco) and some repro spinner decals.
Pick up in Louisville, KY or at Chicago Pinball Expo 2016. No shipping.
