I got tired of inconsistent feeds off my warp ramp and also had a crack in the warp ramp where the ball exits the ramp due to the ramp being mounted with a single screw with over sized washers.

So I designed and made my own adjustable mount for the ramp exit area. The new mount is spring loaded and adjustable in the up and down direction, it slides over the ramp lips and mounts to the four existing holes in the ramp along with the original screw location. The height is adjusted by a single screw that is in the location of the original adjustment screw so you can get to it through the notch in the upper ramp if you need to adjust it.

I had originally planned to design in side to side adjustment also but once I got everything apart I found that there really is no side to side movement in the ramp, when the ramp is slid side to side with the stock screw mount you are just twisting the ramp and binding it between the mount on the left side of the ramp where it enters the area behind the playfield and the mount at the exit area of the ramp.

Before installing this no matter how I tried to adjust the warp ramp I couldn't get more than a few shots before the ball would rattle in the lane above the flipper, with the new mount it gives a consistent feed to the upper flipper. I made enough adjustment in the mount so it will go a bit higher than the original mount and low enough that the bottom of the ramp with rest on the plastic below it. I found that on my machine about 3-4mm lower than stock gives me the best feed.

One thing I will say is that it is a pain getting to the warp ramp to mount the new bracket, you have to remove the right ramp and even after that it is pretty difficult to get in there to mount it. The ideal situation would be to completely remove the warp ramp but that is even more of a pain.

I have enough hardware to make up some more of these if anyone is interested I will post a link to some pictures of the mount.

Here are some more pictures of the mount on the machine, once the upper ramp is back in place you can't see the new mount.

I mounted this to a pro but I am pretty sure this will fit the LE with no problem.

Price is $15 plus shipping, it comes with all new mounting hardware so you don't have to reuse the existing mount and can always swap back with no problems because there are no modifications needed to the ramp or mounts.

More pictures.
