What you see is what you get.
While the cabinet has fade on one side, it's about as nice as they come. Structurally sound with no corner separations and only minor nicks.
If you want a cabinet to restore, this is the one!
Or I would imagine this cabinet as is is better than many IJ's out there. You could leave it as is.
Will prep to ship on legs if the buyer makes all arrangements otherwise located in Lakeville MN.
