So far I have cleaned the playfield and some of the cabinet.... And have cataloged the following issues, I just don't have the space or time... I'd rather not take a bath on this after trying to do the right thing for the people I got it from, but I'll take obo

Capacitor in back box has black tape for unknown reason.
One connector is cobbled with 2 wires not connected.
Error check switch 41, the spinner target is gone, board with opto is there though.
Center ramp is loose, one screw is holding the flap down, the other is wallered put of the metal, but playfield threads still good
Multiple broken plastics, a whole set is available in multiple places though
Fairly significant playfield mark in front of the center ramp.
Cabinet is peeling near the legs, I installed leg protectors and that helps some.
Translite is good
Police car moves well
Rest of unit is OK
Plays well actually
Legs are very nice
New longer leg bolts with the cabinet leg protectors
Matching blue color cup holder :)
New flipper rubbers
Flipper rebuild kit included (not installed yet)
Glass is OK (not great)
Faint buzz from speakers when not playing
Topper works great
Batteries relocated
All led including flashers
Rubbers seem ok
Cabinet structurally good
Menu buttons inside back box 100%
Plunger good
Coin mechs intact and appear to work
Coin box inside
