Very nice Haunted House, before i purchased it, it was in a home for the past 20 years. As such the game in general is in excellent condition, in particular the cabinet.
I did have it at a local pizza place for about a year and it ran without issues. It has all grounding mods done, new modern power supply board, fresh rubbers and some LEDs.
Would prefer a local deal given this game is a tank. Happy to help load. Asking $4k OBO. Willing to negotiate for easy transaction.
