Item description

1979 Williams Tri Zone

Recently shopped including:

* Playfield topside fully disassembled, cleaned and waxed; visible metal parts buffed / polished
* Playfield mechs (pop bumpers, flippers, slingshots, kickout, drop targets) disassembled and cleaned
* Plastics cleaned and polished
* New drop target decals / protectors
* 1 mil low-tack insert protectors on all inserts to prevent keyline wear
* New coin door lock and key
* Newer rubbers
* New ball

* MPU Board - new PIA; repinned Master Display connector
* Driver Board - new lamp resistors and power capacitor

Pics will tell the "cosmetic" story:

Cabinet:
* In nice shape; previous owner had made some touchups in the black areas, and they present nice
* No key for backbox, but lock is in the "open" position

Backglass:
* In nice shape; minor areas of wear that are backlit have had the clear bulbs replaced with colored bulbs to minimize wear appearance
* There is some wear to the right of the Player #2 display window, but that area is not backlit
* There is 'something' on the glass (see backside pic) to the right of the woman in the center of the artwork. No idea what it is, but I was NOT going to try and remove it since it does not show through the artwork on the front; didn't want to risk damaging the backside of the artwork

Playfield:
* Very nice shape, with the exception of a small wear mark above the upper right flipper. This has also been covered with a 1 mil low-tack protector to prevent any further wear. I considered trying a paint touch up, but reds are notoriously tough to match (at least for me), so I chose not to risk making the touch up look "off"

Coin Door:
* In nice shape; carriage bolts and trim were removed, cleaned and polished

Lockdown Bar:
* Small ding (See pic) on left side, but has been cleaned and polished

I've tried to detail the machine as best I can in the descriptions above, but please feel free to PM me with any questions that you may have, or if you would like additional pics

Game is located in a walkout basement for easy removal

Asking pinside average price of $1,200
