Up for grabs is a one-of-a-kind MDF Johnny Mnemonic Playfield. JM parts are notoriously hard to get, and a PF is nearly unheard of to find. MDFs are very early prototype playfields, used when first applying PF art and installing a game to see how it plays before going into full production. This is the only MDF playfield for JM I have ever seen make it out of B/W, making it a relic of a time long forgotten of the Bally William era.
I would NOT consider installing this in a production JM. If this gets wet or the ball does any damage to the art to where bare MDF is exposed, the product can go downhill very quickly. I was going to use a RaspBerry Pi and make a lighted piece of wall art with this PF, but I have too many projects and too many obligations to my full-time job in the military to pursue personal "fun" projects like this right now.
Price is as stated, OBO. Study the pictures carefully and take note of blemishes already documented in this example. Playfield will come in the heavy plastic sheath pictures as well as the box in the pictures. Box has thick bubble wrap on each end, keeping the ends of the PF safe from damage. All sales are final, what you see is what you get. Ask any questions about the item itself. I have nothing to hide.
