If you're not very familiar with this glass, do a web search for "PDI pinball glass" to see a full description with pictures on the Pinball Decals website.
The glass is used, but it's fine. A new sheet from Pinball Decals costs $350 plus $85 shipping ($435 total), although they are currently out of stock.
This is for a widebody game like Twilight Zone or equivalent.
