PLEASE READ THIS FIRST….I will be out of town starting at the end of this week. If you decide to purchase the game, it needs to be picked up by either you or your shipper before I leave, or after I return. In addition, if this is not sold prior to my vacation I will pull the ad and relist it once I return. I will hold the game for a reasonable amount of time if need be if you are unable to make it out here at this time with a non-refundable deposit. Also i request a non refundable deposit until you pick it up even if i'm not holding it for you for an extended period of time. I've been burnt too many times by people saying they will be here tomorrow, or in a couple days, i pull my ad, and then they change their mind or just simply fall off the face of the earth. Thanks for your understanding!
With that out of the way!!!....
This is a super nice example of the Bally Gameshow!
The “Bad”….
The cabinet is the nicest I have seen (I’ve owned 4 of these) however there is minimal fade in the red on the right hand side of the head only. The PF has almost no wear except for the two ramp exits on the in lanes, (typical for every pin) and has zero planking. There is a segment out on all digits on the left display only. I haven’t had any time to trouble shoot it…could be a ribbon cable, may be a PIA chip. They are both easy fixes, but I’ve been traveling so much for work lately I haven’t had a chance to dig into it. Luckily, it’s a segment that doesn’t light often (The 7 o’clock segment), and everything else about the displays are beautiful! The BG is PERFECT, BUT it does have a small wear spot between the displays from the metal support that all Ballys from this era seem to have. And the main ramp has a small crack on the left entrance, again better than most gameshows I’ve seen. That’s it!
The Good…
Aside from the above mentioned the cabinet, backglass and PF are beautiful!! The MPU is clean and hack free with new lithium battery installed. The Power Supply board is new, the connectors on the interconnect board are burn free. It’s a beautiful fun quirky and relatively rare game!!!
I’ve installed Comet non ghosting LEDs throughout and WW in the GI. It’s been shopped out with new flipper bats, new rubbers and balls. Ramps polished, and the undersides of all the inserts cleaned. I’m willing to ship, you pay and set up the details on your end, I’ll prep the game (No Fastenall).
