Item description

Hi, guys! We bought this Gophers already well used with hopes of fixing it up at Decades Arcade. But we never got around to anything other than LED's (GI and Inserts) and a new spinning disc decal. Now with less customers and the same rent, we've decided it's a good candidate to sell. It's been a reliable game for us, it shoots OK, has no credit dot, and a strong DMD.

Playfield; presents nicely, extremely minimal chipping at insert edges. Some marks and wear around the mylar under the 'drop ramp'. Some insert lights don't work on the right side.

Mechs; Upper flipper hold coil is not working. You can make the side ramp fine, but the flipper is not staying up right now even with a new coil. The drop ramp works fine but looks a mess and could use a rebuild and refurbish.

Plastics; Overall pretty good. Looks like the one by the newton ball has been replaced with homebrew, but remnants of the original are included. The flashers above the side ramp are wiggly and we sometime get stuck balls in that area.

Boards; All original, look good, all status LED's are normal. DMD is strong.

Cabinet; Very nice! A little touchup and scuff on the backbox... some wear near the right flipper button, but presents nicely with little fade and strong cabinetry. Legs are probably not original, but a very nice set of silver painted legs with new levelers. The speaker panel has a crack but not obvious and works fine.

This game has seen some play and needs some love, and that why we're listing about $1000 under Pinside average value. But it has alot of potential with a particularly nice cabinet and fixable issues. If business was better and we didn't already have 40 pinball machines on the floor, we would be investing in this super fun game from the late golden era... one of the last Williams made!

This game is available to play at Decades during normal public hours, and by appointment. We do have to get it down some stairs, but there's a loading dock at the arcade. Please see photos and ask questions. Thanks!
