We bought this game new. It was in our house for a year and then in our private club until Covid hit. It's in great shape cosmetically and is 100% functional. I shopped it pretty recently with fresh Titan bands. It has the following mods/upgrades- shaker motor, Cliffy's protectors, back panel LED strip, mirrored plexiglass for the top rollovers, Drainbusters inlane extenders, Prem/LE library, Ninja chrome balls, version 2 Slimer mech, and full service rails under the playfield.
