I’ve finally decided to part with my LOTR. It’s one of the original runs that has the figures on it. It was routed in its early life and I’ve been the owner of it for around the past 10 years. It has a ton of mods, so I’m sure I’ll be gradually adding to this list as I remember/find more:

- LE ROMs and shaker motor
- NVRAM chip (no longer uses batteries)
- Interactive Balrog topper which has general illumination and a flasher connected to pf Balrog
- Backbox eye flasher that’s hooked to spinner
- Ring has an interactive flame mod that’s hooked to spinner
- Loads of playfield figures
- Target protector decals
- Ring Shooter rod with modded housing for illumination
- Large, illuminated palantir with eye
- Ball eject protector
- Flipper topper decals (metallic LE toppers)
- Shire decals
- A number of plastic protectors
- Figure mount for the path of the dead and ball diverter on exit
- Upgraded flipper coils (I may still have the originals laying around somewhere)
- Manual
- Have all the original parts to anything that I upgrade, like the original palantir
- ColorDMD Screen
- Lollipop Side Rails
- LEDs - I know people will complain about some odd choices here (it was so guests could easily identify what will start what multiballs), but I'll include a bag of incandescents if this is the end of the world for someone.

Being on route gave it blemishes on the cabinet sides and wear at the Shire (covered with Shire pf decals) and Gimli kick-out hole (covered up with a cliffy). There was also a lock-bar hole drilled to the right of the coin door which has been epoxied and painted. The left rail ramp has a broken solder joint, which can be seen just above the shire, where I’ve put a zip tie. Lastly, every rare moment the Balrog may hang slightly under its full ring position or back to its closed position, where it will take a few seconds to fully engage itself. (I may have solved this, as the large palantir was just a hair in the way of the Balrog, causing it slight friction. Just moved the palantir a hair forward and this may have eliminated my issue as I've not seen it re-occur since.)

I also have a Metallica LE that listed on PinSide that I can work into a deal. I can do a trade +/- cash, as I opened up space in my pinball room, or all cash deal. I can remove the ColorDMD and replace with a slightly gassed DMD and drop the price a few hundred more.

While I'd prefer to have the game picked up here, I do make trips to MD in the DC area and the eastern coast every few months.
