Haunted House Used Upper Playfield, Looks okay but w/ issues

I would like to sell my Haunted House upper playfield to someone who could use it. This is not a great piece but maybe it's an improvement on what you currently have. Please see the photos for condition. It looks pretty good a first glance. The colors are very bright, hardly any yellowing, and has a nice semi-gloss finish. But a few issues. First, it has "smeared" black touch up paint in a few places. It is slightly noticeable but there. You can see it mainly at the yellow circle inserts. This will not clean off. Also, it has a decal over the stairs (where my finger is pointing). This is where the ball drops onto the wood and was cleaned and covered with a decal. Looks good but it's a decal for sure. I should also mention there's a faint circle around the pop bumper ring area but that won't be very visible once installed. Lastly, a few of the screw in posts didn't come out cleanly and the screw holes were reinforced with wood epoxy. It should be fine if posts are not over tightened but should be mentioned (see where I'm pointing). Again, it looks fairly nice but has these issues and might be better than what someone is using currently. Once installed with all the parts and plastics it would look half decent. The price is firm AND INCLUDES UPS GROUP SHIPPING within the USA!!
