OK so here is my twister, been working on a while to make it as nice as it is now. This has some great stuff going for it that you won't see on most other twisters. ALL NEW modular standup targets, so clear & clean! Had to scour the world to find some blue or white ones. They just don't exist & I think I scooped up the last. & I have a bunch of spares in case one breaks!
Also unobtanium, plastics for this machine. I ordered a full set from overseas just so that I could have all new clear plastics. That is one hell of an expensive set of plastic protectors. Old ones were cracked or foggy. These are new & crystal clear.
Mirror blades! They make the game look so much newer in my opinion. Premium LED's everywhere. 2 SMD frosted for the GI, everything else is pretty much color matched except I went purple with the direction targets.
I even went 5 SMD for the dome flashers if only because these are such a pain in the ass to get to & I want to save somebody future troubles by having dependable led's in there. & at 5 smd they aren't as blinding as some of the 8 plus SMD bulbs out there.
NVRAM to replace the batteries. Boards are super clean no corrosion. Connectors look good. DMD is perfect. New balls. New blue titan bands throughout. New flippers. I had the game completely torn down & polished everything. New friction decal for the magnet spinner. NOTE: only some of the lighter areas you see around the spinner are actually wear. It is mostly artwork of smoke coming from the tractor below. I got some close ups so you can see what I'm talking about. Hairline crack at the left entrance of ramp, was well repaired with rubbery b-7000 glue.
Cabinet is pretty exceptional & clean for a 23 year old sega that surely saw arcade time at one point. Pics show everything pretty well. Other than some pretty small nicks here & there, the main thing is just some of that typical flipper button wear. They make covers or lollipop rails if it bugs you enough. Scoop behind drop target shows some wear (no surprise). Cliffy probably makes protectors for this game.
Also I just installed a new head speaker. Sounds better & doesn't hum as much as the old one did. Not sure what else I might be forgetting but that should pretty much over it. If any questions just ask.
Also have a GOT for sale.
