LOTR nice condition and comes with path of the dead mod, palantir mod, habitrail wireform to replace stock plastic protector, speaker lights with acrylic rings, cliffies everywhere, lollipop siderails. Plays 100% and easy load up with no stairs.
I'd consider trades plus or minus cash including TZ, Addams Family, Whirlwind.
