Pulled working out of a Doctor Who, had a local guy rebuild it (all new capacitors, bridge rectifiers, and voltage regulator). I haven't tested it since it came back, but it bench tests fine. Sold as-is. A few small hacks, but otherwise in good condition. Boxed and ready to ship. This is a -3 and does not have the flipper relay.
