Purchased this WW several years ago. Worked fine then started having intermittent odd problems. After the usual resoldering, replacing diodes, etc. did not help, I went to plan B. Bought a new interconnect board. It did not fix it. Bought the fancy pinballpcb auxiliary power board with all the on-board diagnostics… didn’t help me isolate the issue. Even sent the MPU to John Wart. Nothing except a broken capacitor John said probably occurred during shipping. I finally discovered it was the wire on the back of the coin door slam switch intermittently causing a short. Since that time, it has worked great.
Loved the game so I put LEDs on the playfield (all from Art at Comet, all either white or insert matching so no funkiness). Stayed with incandescent in the backbox. New disks on the spinner and of course new rubber and balls. I signed up for the CPR playfields the day after they were announced. Went ahead and bought a full plastic set to have when the playfields were ready. Built a nice rotisserie for the swap.
Fast forward to a few of months ago. My wife says ‘let’s sell WW and get a new game’ (as in one of the new releases). Works for me! So, I now have a CPR Gold playfield and plastics for the pf swap. However, it’s tough to get motivated to do a pf swap for a game I’m not keeping, so I decided to see if there is interest in the package. If no one is interested, I'll pull the ad, do the swap and sell. Here is the deal:

The cabinet has the usual dings, scratches, and touchups but is very presentable. Game works great including the topper (which has yellowed with age). The playfield is tired and worn (for some reason they did not put the mylar over the center compass area even though that piece was sitting in the cabinet when I bought it). Forgot to mention that the translight is the original one with the W sticker on the ballcap.

In addition to a decent, fully functioning game, extras are:
* original interconnect board
* original aux power supply board
* unopened plastics set
* new CPR gold playfield
* Whirlwind manual (the new aux power board also came with a manual).
* Rotisserie (some stains on it since I've used it as a worktable; however, I built for the swap so I’m including it.)

Ts and Cs. I don’t want to break this up. I can help with shipping; however, I want the buyer or someone they trust to see and play the machine first. There is so much difference of opinion on what looks good or bad, what’s major or minor, etc. I want to make sure the buyer is 100% comfortable with what they are getting. I don’t have any problems with taking more photos but there really is no substitute for seeing something in person.

Trades? Well possibly. However, the only game we are interested in at the moment would be a DI or possibly BM66. Obviously, lots of cash on our end to make the deal work.
