Not really sure I want to sell this, every time I turn it on I have a hard time stopping playing. But ...
Extensive work to this high end player's El Dorado. Playfield is fantastic compared to every other specimen I've seen of this pin, looks great and plays fast.
Work done includes but not limited to...
1. Orange dot coils and completely rebuilt flippers, new sleeves, new assemblies
2. new rubber everywhere, including all rings, plunger tip and ball stop
3. new ball guides
4. complete chime overhaul, new resonator chamber, new sleeves, grommets, etc
5. coin mechs fixed
6. new complete correct plunger assembly
7. new leds/incandescents throughout, some color/color changing, leds are only where you can't see that they are leds and are all non-ghosting
8. new flipper buttons and housings
9. playfield cleaned and waxed
10. new metal acorn nuts
11. new repro plastics (old ones are fine, just faded and are included with parts)
12. new beer seal
13. switches cleaned/gapped/adjusted where necessary.
14. Light sockets cleaned/replaced as necessary, all lights work.
15. new single coin slot base plate (old dual is included)
16. backglass triplethicked and touched up
17. new ball
Plays like a dream. Fast. Everything works. All original parts have been kept and are included along with full set of schematics and user manual.
Here's a vid I made showcasing the pin, kind of 'artsy' so colors aren't true but you can see it in action...

Playfield
1. no planking
2. almost no keyline wear
3. a couple flea bite size nicks
4. one small drilled hole where the route technician installed an incorrect sized ball guide (replaced with correct one now - leftmost of the 3 on the upper right of playfield - see pics).
Cabinet
1. one side has lots of high score markings and an off color word or 2 from I'm guessing bar patrons back in the day
2. other sides show age and wear from being on route but no graffiti
3. some small dents in the door that don't affect functionality, see pics for details.
4. Paint is not chalky and is complete, no touch ups or mods.
Backglass
1. original
2. had the common red flaking about 7/10 condition when I got it
3. triplethicked
4. partially touched up (see pics).
Overall
In my opinion this is a fantastic machine ready to go as-is, everything works, it displays and plays great though definitely shows age in the cabinet (some people like that history), plays fast and deserves every bit of the hype it gets for design.
If I was to hold onto it there are a few things I would do:
1. Get a repro backglass and store the original
2. Spring for a new coin door from PBR or otherwise remove the dents, might be able to do it with the same method people use for small dents on old cars, have not tried it myself.
3. Cover over the one or 2 off-color words but leave the cabinet as-is otherwise for the history.
There are stencils and color matched paint sets available from at least one pinball parts supplier I know of and the backglass is also readily available as a repro, PBR actively supports all the other parts so this is a classic machine that will be maintainable for a long time.
I'm in Houston and am willing to make myself available for shipping but buyer needs to make all arrangements.
