1964 Midway Winner EM Pitch & Bat ALL Original/Complete

I am selling a project 1964 Midway Winner EM. If you are looking for a Winner to restore this is the one! The game is COMPLETE and in all original condition, but it does need some work. When I picked it up it turned on, scored points, the cars moved, and then would not reset properly. It needs to be gone through.

-The backglass is in VERY nice shape, there is hardly any paint loss on it.
-The playfield is nice, but has a little planking towards the top right of the machine.
-The cabinet is definitely the worst part about it... The cabinet either needs to be sealed or repainted, but I am leaving it to the next owner to decide which route they want to take.
-The targets have some wear, but are all in nice original condition.
-Both the Ferrari and Maserati are present and original.
-The track the cars ride on have no wear.
-The side art within the backbox are all present and in decent condition, but could be secured more.
-The motors which move the cars in the backbox both work and are present.
-Legs are original, but need to be refinished.
-Bat is original and in nice shape.
-Apron is definitely worn.
-Lockdown bar is original and will clean up nice.
-No playfield glass.

It is currently located in Tallahassee, FL but I could potentially bring it to Atlanta, GA for a small fee, and would be willing to travel if game, time, gas is paid for in advance.

Here's for the fun part... I haven't seen one of these change hands ever, and I couldn't find any instance of one changing hands (unless I'm missing something). I am asking $1,500 OBO. If you've been looking for a Winner, this is your opportunity to snag one! Don't hold back on making an offer.
