For sale is a 1986 Williams PinBot pinball machine in very nice players condition. I purchased it as a project as it had been in a building fire but had no damage to the machine other than smoke discoloration inside the back box. There is no smoke odor nor any signs of smoke damage on the exterior of the cabinet.

The following work was done on the playfield:
* All playfield rubber is new.
* All of the playfield plastic is new (sourced from Classic Playfield Reproductions).
* The playfield has been cleaned and new mylar was applied to the entire playing surface. It looks great.
* LED lighting was installed on the playfield (the inserts and backbox are incandescent).

Preventative maintenance was done to the electronics, as follows:
* New capacitors were installed on the power supply, sound board and MPU.
* The display voltage on the power supply was lowered from 100 volts to 91 volts to reduce the stress on the score displays.
* The solder on the header pins was reflowed on all of the circuit boards in the back box.
* The batteries on the MPU were removed and replaced with a memory capacitor.

This machine looks and plays great.

Other considerations:
* There is no topper. The wiring is still there for a topper installation.
* A prior owner (who initially purchased this as a project and then sold it to me) got a light overspray of primer in three spots on the MPU when spraying the backbox door. It does not affect the function. See the picture.
* The #3 score display is getting weak. All segments still work, but it is lighter than the other displays.
